Catherine & Kieran married in the luxurious surroundings of Kinlochmoidart House & Estate in the Scottish Highlands with friends and family attending from all over the world.

Father Stanislaw Pamula conducted the marriage ceremony at Glenfinnan Church with Kieran and Catherine exchanging rings and vows.

Photographer Gavin MacQueen arranged the formal photographs around the Church before taking them to Glenfinnan Monument at Loch Shiel for the more private shots.

Speeches commenced with Kieran’s brother & Best Man Patrick followed by two more Best Men, David & John who had some interesting and funny stories about Kieran.  Catherine’s father Gregory and Kieran’s father Gordon closed the speeches off – although one of them could have spoken for 2hours and 50mins !

Giannina & Juan first stayed at Gleann an Ronnaich, Portree,  where they both prepared for their elopement.  Celebrant Lesley Simpson conducted the marriage ceremony in the tranquil and undisturbed Fairy Glen with The Skye Piper, Alistair MacPherson accompanying the couple.

Photographer Lynne Kennedy took Giannina and Juan to some incredible locations on the island for the intimate photo-shoots.

Local Registrar Karen Stafford conducted the ceremony in the Grand Hall before photographer Charne Hawkes of Captivating Photography arranged the formal photo shoot on the balcony of Glencoe House with the more private shots taken in and around Glencoe House gardens.

Tim rounded off the wedding day with some lovely words thanking their friends and family for attending their special day.

Eilean Donan Castle was simply in dramatic form for Dianna & Jeff’s elopement.  Travelling from the United States to the Highlands of Scotland Diana & Jeff chose this stunning location to exchange their vows and rings.

Celebrant Sonia Eckl-Riel from Heart & Soul Ceremonies performed the marriage ceremony with local Piper Lea MacLeod playing a moving piece of music during the ceremony.  Photographer Lynne Kennedy took the couple around the Castle grounds and as the sun set on the horizon and the light faded into the distance only the lights of the Castle ensured some stunning photo opportunities.

Louise & Ellis married in the secluded Botriphnie Church and in keeping with the farming theme, both Ellis and Louise arrived in the farm’s Land Rovers.

Rev Dr Kay Gauld performed the marriage ceremony and led the Ushers and Best Man in an impromptu version of Sean the Sheep!

After the couple exchanged vows and rings Photographers Lindsay Robertson Photography and Jon arranged the formal shoot outside in the grounds of the church before setting off for the private shots on Louise’s fathers farm, Bomakelloch Farm and then Davidson House.

A wedding with three International locations, Thailand, Scotland and Australia.   Having already exchanged vows in Thailand Anna & Tim married at the quaint and quiet location of Nigg Old Church with close family and friends in attendance.

Celebrant Angie Alexandra conducted the Marriage Ceremony with Anna & Tim performing the hand-fasting and repeating their personal vows to each other.

Photographer Kat Gollack arranged the photo-shoot in the grounds of the Church before taking Anna & Tim to a quiet location for the more personal photographs.   Guests mingled at Nigg Village Hall enjoying canapes and drinks.

Helen & Andrew married at the magnificent St Magnus Cathedral, the most Northerly Cathedral in Britain.  Hundreds gathered outside to see guests arrive before Helen arrived in style with her father.   Rev Fraser Macnaughton conducted the marriage ceremony with Katy and Craig reading from Scripture and poetry.

Photographer Suzanne Lee arranged the photo-shoot directly outside St Magnus’s Cathedral with the gathered crowd still waiting to glimpse the newly married couple before they headed for the Standing Stones Hotel in Stenness.

Speeches opened with Helen’s Uncle Neil, the MC, who introduced his brother and father of the bride, Jim.   Scott, the Best Man, then kept the audience entertained with stories about the Groom!

Hayley & Steven travelled from Texas,USA to elope on the mystical Isle of Skye in Scotland.  Before leaving their Island Croft House in Kilmuir, Steven was able to see his bride-to-be for the first time as the mist slowly descended on the island.

Sonja Eckle-Riel performed the marriage ceremony in the midst of the Fairy Glen where both Hayley and Steven exchanged personal vows and their rings.  Photographer Lynne Kennedy chose the stunning locations in and around the Fairy Glen before taking them to The Old Man of Storr which by this time the mist had gathered but made this special occasion even more dramatic.

The most glorious day awaited for Amanda & John at Achmelvich beach as their closest friends and family gathered to witness them exchange vows and rings. Celebrant, Penelope Hamilton, conducted the ceremony before photographer Andy Taylor kept Amanda & John at Achmelvich beach for the more private photographs.

Guests mingled at the next stunning location at Glencanisp Lodge enjoying canapes and drinks.  More photographs were arranged by Andy Taylor before everyone gathered to welcome Amanda & John into the marquee under a shower of confetti !

Speeches started with Father of the Bride, Kenny, who seemed to stumble before addressing the crowd….watch again and you will see perfect comic timing !  John’s father, Lindsay, also gave a speech and rounded it off with a lovely message

The Ceremony was officiated by Humanist, Janet Donnelly, all under the watchful eye of Amy & Steven’s pet dog, Barney.  Kirsty, one of Amy’s bridesmaids gave a lovely reading before Amy & Steven walked up the aisle as Mr & Mrs.

Noleen Smith, the official photographer, arranged the formal family shoots around the grounds of Innes House before taking the couple away for the more private photos.

Speeches were opened by Amy’s Father before the two Best Men, Ian & Nikki, regaled antics from Steven’s past !

When a girl from the Western Isles marries a boy from Northern Ireland you know that the accents are going to clash !

John & Catherine married at Ness Bank Church in Inverness with the Ceremony conducted by Rev Greg MacDonald and assistance from John’s father, Rev Trevor Kirkland.

Friends and Relations gathered inside the church to witness Catherine & John, exchanging vows before departing as Mr & Mrs Kirkland.

Photographer Graham Braid arranged the photo shoot at the New Drumossie Hotel before the speeches commenced with Master of Ceremonies, Donald Ross, introducing Father of the Bride, Finlay.

The Best Man and brother, Matthew, entertained the audience with some stories before Father of the Groom, Rev Trevor Kirkland, informed the audience of John’s driving record !

Master of Ceremonies, Donald Ross, pounced on unsuspecting married couples and entertained newly weds, Catherine & John, with his unique format of Mr & Mrs.

Closing the speeches fell to Donald, who suggested that if Catherine does not understand the Northern Irish accent to just smile at everyone!

Jennifer & Iain married at their local Church, MacDuff Parish Church, with Mark Forsyth piping the guests into church.  Reverend Kevin Gruer performed the marriage ceremony whilst friend Kimberly read from “On Our Wedding Day” before Jennifer & Iain exchanged vows and rings.

The weather held, although blustery, allowing the photographer Jules MacDonald of JMStyle to arrange some photos in the grounds of the Church.  Duff House was the next stunning location for Jennifer & Iain photos with close family.

Guests were mingling at Banff Springs Hotel where the speeches started with Father of the Bride, Brian followed by Best Man Adam.  Adam produced a rabbit much to the amusement of the gathered guests although Iain looked shocked!

Pipes and Drums…a poetic introduction by Rev Donnie G MacDonald in describing both Emma & Kevin who married at the Church of Scotland, Portree on the Isle of Skye.  A huge crowd gathered at Portree Square to see Emma arriving with her father.

Presenter John Angus Gillies led the congregation in singing before Rev MacDonald asked the couple to exchange vows and rings in front of close friends and family.  Whilst Emma & Kevin then signed the register close friend Philip Canavan sang to the couple and the gathered guests.

Photographer Gordon Willoughby arranged the photo shoot outside the Church before taking the couple to the Cuillin Hills Hotel for more formal shots.

Speeches started with Father of the Bride, Peter, who welcomed Kevin into the family before Best Man Ross entertained guests with stories about antics in North Uist !

Guests were further entertained with the new Mr & Mrs McGilvary treating them to Pipes & Drums!

Speeches started with Lesley’s sister Samantha before double act Stuart & Paul,otherwise known as “Tailz” & “Pow” entertained the guests with James the main topic of conversation !   As a special treat to all the young kids, Spiderman made an appearance…..all the big kids seemed to enjoy it too!

Speeches commenced with sons, Stewart and Ian, both of whom kept their father on his toes with stories and tales before their granddaughter Claire sang.

A surprise lay in wait for Ian and the guests, courtesy of Roz! As guests were served by the waiters all of a sudden one of the waiters broke into song accompanied by waitress and one of the chefs – the singing waiters!  Their performance blew the roof of the hotel !

What better place for a Tootsie Roller and a Star Trek fan than to marry in the Highlands of Scotland at the exclusive Achnagairn Castle.  Family and friends gathered from all over to celebrate the wedding of Katy to Alan.  Humanist, Penelope Hamilton, conducted the marriage ceremony with close friends Martin, Emma and double act Elinor & Caroline reading and entertaining the guests.  A performance by the Tootsie Rollers ensured the Marriage Ceremony got off to a flying start.

Isobel & Magnus married at Castle Street Church of Scotland Dingwall, a stone’s throw from Isobel’s parents house.  Rev Steven MacDonald performed the marriage ceremony with her cousin Laura reading from Scripture before Magnus & Isobel exchanged rings and vows.

Photographer Andy Taylor arranged the photo shoot outside the Church whilst Isobel’s school pupils waited anxiously to get a glimpse of their teacher.   Piper, Alan Mchardy, started the march to Isobel’s parents house for champagne and canopes before each guest released their balloons.

The final location was at the exclusive Ardtalla Novar Estate which allowed Andy Taylor more opportunity for family shots whilst guests mingled throughout the grounds.

Blue skies at St Magnus Birsay Church was the stunning location for Shona & Callum’s wedding.  Rev David McNeish performed the marriage ceremony with close friend, Samantha, reading from Scripture.  Once the vows and rings were exchanged and Shona & Callum walked down the aisle, photographer Fiona Scott started to arrange the photo-shoot.

On queue and in Island fashion the heavens opened and it began to pour! Photographer Fiona rushed the couple and close friends into St Magnus Birsay Church to continue the formal photographs.

Birsay Community Hall was the venue for the speeches and before father of the bride spoke, Bruce performed the Toast to the Bride & Groom.  The Three Best Men Matt, Nick and Sandy brought up Callum’s past much to the enjoyment of the guests!

Preparations started early at the Bicker household with make-up artists arriving, hair stylists, photographers and last minute wishes from from family and friends.  During the hustle and bustle Father of the bride, Jim, managed to grab a quick five minutes to go over his speech.

Sujath arrived first at St Mary’s Chapel and greeted all the guests from both sides of the family.  Reverend John R Wire performed the marriage ceremony with readings from Emma-Louise and Amy before Sophie & Sujath exchanged vows and rings.

Photographer, Susan Renee, arranged the photo shoot outside in the grounds of the Church before the couple departed for Raemoir House Hotel.

Speeches started in the marquee with Father of the bride, Jim, welcoming Sujath into the family before Sujath stood to say a few words himself.  Best Woman, Julie, informed family and friends that Sujath had promised a significant dowry to his new father-in-law but Julie revealed he had offered £0.20 !

Drumtochty Castle was the setting for Kerry & Alasdair’s wedding and as the weather was favourable they decided to tie the knot out in the grounds of the Castle.

In what can only be described as “wow!” Kerry, in her red wedding dress, walked down the aisle with best friend Jody.  The marriage ceremony was conducted by local Celebrant, Brenda, in front of friends and family with both Kerry’s mother and Alasdair’s mother reading Scripture and Poetry.

The Photographer arranged the photo shoot in front of the Castle before taking the couple away to a secluded bridge, just a short walk from the Castle for some stunning photos.

Speeches commenced with Jody, before Alasdair’s second best man graciously took the floor !

Guests were then encouraged to take the mic during the evening entertainment and some stars were born!

Achnagairn House was the setting for Ruth & Iain’s wedding.  As Ruth was getting ready with her bridesmaids Iain and his friends took part in a spot of shooting, his friends claiming they allowed Iain to win seeing as it was his wedding day !

Rev Peter Donald performed the marriage ceremony with readings from Ruth’s cousin Karen, Iain’s Aunt Sara and Ruth’s Uncle Eric.

As Spud the Piper marched down the aisle with Ruth & Iain, Justin Scobie organised the photo-shoots around the grounds of Achnagairn House.

Speeches commenced with Ruth’s father before Best Man & brother, Rob, revealed Iain’s criminal past !

Eilean Donan Castle was the venue for the wedding of Jill & Scott with the Wedding Ceremony conducted by Judy Butler.  Friends and family travelled from all over the world to be with Jill & Scott as they tied the knot and exchanged rings and vows.

Photographer Lynne Kennedy set-up the photo shoot in and around the Castle before the couple left for the Plockton Hotel where Best Man, Alan, delivered his speech along with some of the guests.

Rather than a first dance the couple enjoyed a first song !

Dornoch Cathedral was the magnificent venue for Kirsty and James’ wedding.  Tommy, Kirsty’s brother, walked down the aisle to give her away before Rev Susan Brown conducted the Marriage Ceremony. Passages & Scripture was read by James’ father Andrew and close friends Emma and Charlie.  Kirsty and James exchanged rings and vows before walking out as a married couple and into a confetti shot !

Photographers Fiona Campbell & Assistant Rita arranged the photo shoot around Dunrobin Castle grounds before guests were entertained to a private session from the Sutherland Schools Pipe-Band inside the Castle.

Speeches commenced with Kirsty’s Brother Tommy along with their Uncle John before the Best Men, Charlie & Francis introduced the star guest….Roger Federer !

The dramatic location of Ackergill Tower was the setting for Deborah and Brian’s wedding day and the weather was equally as dramatic.

Guests hurried in due to the rain, wind and at times sleet before Deborah arrived.  Humanist Linda Smith performed the marriage ceremony and the couple exchanged vows and rings.

Photographer Samantha Lovett used the Castle and grounds for some stunning backdrops before the couple had their reception at the Weigh-Inn in Thurso.  Speeches started with Father of the Bride before double-act & best men, Graeme and David, had Brian firmly on edge !

Hayley & Robert married at the Rufflets Hotel near St Andrews on a glorious sunny day.  Vows and rings were exchanged with the Ceremony conducted by Humanist Jillian Stewart.  Readings were done by Hayley’s Aunt Hazel and Robbie’s sister before the couple walked down the aisle as Mr & Mrs.

Photographers Alan & Morag Hutchion took photos of close family and friends in the grounds of Rufflets Hotel while guests were entertained by a caricaturist along with sampling some of Hayley’s favourite ice-cream !

Speeches started with the Father of the Bride and he welcomed Robbie into the family before Best Man Phil “Shakey” entertained guests but kept Robbie on his toes !

Charlotte & Malcolm married in the picturesque village of Laggan with friends and family making the journey from all over the world.  Rev Catherine Buchan led the marriage ceremony with two readings from close friend Dordie and a Bible reading from Malcolm’s mother.

Photo shoots were organised by Lynne Kennedy in and around the Church grounds before setting off for Moy Lodge.

In the exclusive grounds of Moy Lodge family and friends mingled and enjoyed canapés whilst Lynne Kennedy arranged family and group photos.  Guests were seated before the speeches started, first with Charlotte’s father followed by Malcolm.  Malcolm’s daughter and Best Lady rounded off the speeches with some stories of adventures she and her father got up to.

Janet & Craig married on the Isle of Lewis in her home village of Ness at the Free Church (continuing).  Rev Greg MacDonald took the service and performed the marriage ceremony.   As the couple exchanged vows Rev MacDonald requested the rings – the two Best Men did their best to worry Janet & Craig that they had mislaid the rings !

Photographer Roddy MacKay arranged the photo shoot outside the church before taking the couple to two stunning beaches on the island, Port of Ness and Eoropie Beach.

Speeches started with the Groom, at the Caladh Inn before both Best Men did their best to embarrass Craig with some anecdotes, some close to the bone !

Kate & Andrew married at the Drumossie Hotel in January and had a nice wee flurry of seasonal snow.  Fishing was the theme of their wedding and Kate had organised & planned every last detail with this in mind.

Celebrant, Donald George, conducted the Ceremony with both Kate and Andrew exchanging vows and rings. Photographer Emma North arranged the photo shoot inside the Hotel before venturing into the wintry grounds with Andrew and their dogs, Bert, Tilly and Fergie.

Speeches commenced with Kate’s father followed by Andrew who informed the guests on the questions he used to woo Kate !   Both Best Men Sandy and John went back in time to reveal some interesting and funny stories about Andrew.

Samantha & Philip married at Botriphnie Parish Church with the Ceremony conducted by Rev Dr Kay Gauld.

As family and guests witnessed the exchange of rings, both Samantha & Philip also said their vows.  Rev Dr Kay Gauld added in some extra conditions which Philip seemed reluctant to repeat whilst Samantha had no problem with hers!

As the couple travelled to Aswanley House, they made a quick stop to catch a photo at Bomakelloch Farm before joining their family and friends.  The photo shoot organised by Jenny Barclay centred around the grounds of Aswanley House before the speeches commenced with Samantha’s father.

The best man, Niall, kept Philip on his toes with tales from their youth before some guests took part in the cog bucket.

During the ceremony Alison’s brother James read to the couple and Celebrant John Howieson performed the marriage vows and exchange of rings before marching down the aisle as husband and wife !

Anna & Ruaraidh exchanged vows and rings with Rev Kenny Ross leading the worship.  The Church building had been newly refurbished and this is how both Anna & Ruaraidh met, during the construction!

Lynne Kennedy arranged the photoshoot in the ground of Wardlaw Church with more opportunities for photos at the Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness.

Speeches followed and Anna’s father Donald led the way followed by Ruaraidh.  The two best men entertained the guests with stories of deer hunting, buying engines and of course H.I.S !

Diane & Keith married at the picturesque setting of St John’s Church, Arpafeelie.  Father Mel Langille led the marriage ceremony with Lynn, Keith’s Aunt, reading from 1 Corinthians.

Rings and vows were exchanged before Father Langille allowed the couple to kiss, or was that a handshake he suggested !

Photos were then organised by Michael Carver around the Church grounds before leaving for the Kingsmills Hotel.

Diane’s Father led the way with the speeches with the two best men, Leigh and Liam recounting various antics the groom got up too!

Lauri & Martin married at the Newton Hotel, Nairn and celebrated their marriage with close friends and family.  Under a glorious sunny day, Shelley MacKie of Shelley-foto organised the photo-shoot in and around the grounds of the Hotel whilst guests mingled and enjoyed drinks.

Speeches commenced later with Martin leading the way followed by the best man and brother, Alexander.  Card readings followed and although struggling with joined-up-writing, the grooms-man and his assistant battled on!
